By using any of the services and the site, you as a user and/or tutor expressly agree to be bound by all applicable laws and regulations governing the site and theWhatever personal information details and data provided to us will not be traded, made public or shared, hired, leased, rented or circulated on to any outside third parties, including likewise in the case of the credit/debit card details, which will not be stored, and will be handled straight through our payment gateway provider. However, it should be understood that any and all information provided to LQConcept is given with permission and shall be handled as it deems fit for internal purposes.
LQConcept is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties, changed rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they gather.
LQConcept takes appropriate measures to safeguard data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, www. LQConcept.com cannot guarantee the security of any information that is revealed online.
Any and all information provided by way of feedback and comments posted on the website may be viewable and reachable to all users and non-users of the website, which may also be used in other forms as material for the marketing and promotion of LQConcept.

Conduct, Liabilities and Indemnification
This website has been established to provide and facilitate an online tutoring service / platform for students who wish to be tutored in the subjects that we can offer, through the carefully selected tutors that we allow to use this site for this purpose. Therefore, all actions taken as a user of this site should be with respect to this purpose in mind.
All parents, of the students, must register their details as requested and warrants that as a parent they are at least 18 years of age and should oversee their child’s usage of, and interaction with, the website and not allow them to conduct any transactions.
A tutor warrants that he/she is of at least 18 years of age, has the necessary qualifications and/or experience to provide tuition in the subjects and curriculum as specified by the tutor on this website.
A tutor understands details entered by the tutor on the website will be visible to the public and may appear in search engine results.
You, as the tutor, student and student’s parents, agree to provide true, accurate and current information when using the site. You may not use another person’s email address, account details or the name of another individual when using this site and agree to notify LQConcept immediately of any unauthorised use of your email or any other breach of security. Although LQConcept cannot monitor the conduct of users off the site, it is a violation to use any information obtained from this site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any user.
All tutors, by use of our website, agree not to share their personal contact details with the students and their parents registered on our website, nor will they accept any contact details from them, in order to undertake tuition sessions outside of our website.
Any and all feedback and/or comments given through, and made on the site by tutors, students and their parents should not be abusive or derogatory in any manner.
All site users acknowledge that sessions may be monitored for quality and conduct purposes.
All site users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. LQConcept will take all reasonable precautions to keep the website and details of tutors and students/parents safe and secure but will not be liable for unauthorised access to the information provided by both tutors and students/parents and cannot give any guarantee that the website may be free from any virus, worms and other harmful attacks.
All tutors, students and their parents shall indemnify LQConcept from any and all liabilities, financial or otherwise, that would arise from lost or stolen data and breach of security with respect to any personal details and data shared in the individual’s account on our website.
Local Laws and Regulations
All tutors, by use of our website, acknowledge that they are not our employees and may be from any part of the world. The students/parents as well who register to use our services, may also be from any part of the world.
However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the tutor and the student and student’s parents to comply with and abide by local governing laws and regulations of our domicile country United Arab Emirates and of the country where they are located. This includes any and all financial gains from tuition sessions being rendered through our website.
Session Bookings and Cancellations
Students or their parents must schedule and book sessions with the selected tutors at least 24 hours prior to when the session is to be scheduled.
Each student will have a 30 minutes free trial session that is permitted for the tutor that is selected. After this trial is completed, the session hours requested will be on a prepaid basis.
Students and tutors may cancel any session, which has been accepted and scheduled, due to unforeseen circumstances and valid reasons that would prevent either the tutor or student from attending the scheduled session. However, this is allowed only up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled session and not beyond this.
Fees, Payments and Refunds
LQConcept reserves the right to change its fees and pricing at any time and shall notify its users accordingly through an email and/or a communication/post on the website. All users acknowledge that use of the site and its services after such notification constitutes acceptance and agreement of these changes.
Payments will be accepted through Visa and Mastercard affiliated cards in US Dollars (USD). Upon completion of the payment process, a confirmation notice will be sent to the user via email within 24 hours.
All payments for tutoring sessions will be made directly to LQConcept (via our third-party payment gateway provider), and LQConcept will thereby make payments to the tutors as per the individual agreements and sessions conducted on a periodic basis.
A tutor shall not seek to obtain payment in any way or form from a student or the parents for services provided.
No refunds for any sessions will be given. If a session has already been paid for and is cancelled then payment for the session will not be refunded, however, a new session can be requested with no additional charges or fees.
Credit/Debit Card Details
As a user of this site, it is understood, that the credit/debit card details provided for payment and availing services on the site will be correct and accurate and no other unauthorised credit/debit card shall be used. If there has been any inappropriate usage of your credit/debit card through our website, please notify us immediately. Otherwise, it will be understood that your usage of the credit/debit card through our website will be a valid purchase. Please also note that we do not store the credit/debit card related information anywhere on our website, and the cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and LQConcept policies and rules.
Disclaimer
LQConcept reserves the right to make changes to its services and may withdraw or modify aspects of it accordingly as it deems fit or where it is required legally or commercially to make such changes.
There may also be site crashes or downtimes faced wherein the website may become inaccessible due to technical issues. However, in such situations, we will work towards rectifying the problem as soon as possible and ask that you bear with us during these times.
