We are looking for experienced educators and university graduates with a focused education and experience teaching specific field. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, self motivated, intelligent, tech and loves working with kids (5 to 16years). Tutor students one-on-one from anywhere with an internet connection using your laptop or computer.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live one-on-one sessions and present lessons in a comprehensive manner to student for their respected grades(K-1 to 12) exclusively and preparing well in advance for delivering the live sessions.
- Critical thinking while coaching students
- Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
- Encourage student participation and lead student discussions to keep the sessions interactive, exciting and engaging.
- Responsible for work and improvise on the existing content, assign educational activities (worksheets, tests, assignments, etc.)
- Assess and record student’s progress and provide feedback.
Remuneration* : On an hourly basis to be paid at the end of the month. Will depend upon the candidate performance and will be at company discretion.
Pre-Requisites:
- Laptop/ Desktop with Windows 10 OS or MAC.
- An electronic writing pad( If not, we will provide it and charge you for it).
- Stable internet connection with high speed enabling to run the live classes through ZOOM smoothly.
Applicants with excellent communication and English language fluency required.
